Dokoh Ratna – Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Dokoh Ratna, including wedding attire rental, decoration services, event packages, and venue usage. By confirming a booking, customers agree to the terms stated below.

1. General

  • All prices stated are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed with a deposit.
  • All services are subject to availability.
  • Dokoh Ratna reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to services if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is only considered confirmed after the required deposit has been received.
  • Event dates, attire, and services will only be reserved upon confirmation.
  • Verbal or WhatsApp discussions do not constitute confirmation without payment.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required to secure any booking.
  • Full payment must be settled before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All payments made are non-transferable to another customer.

4. Wedding Attire Rental

  • All wedding attire rentals are subject to availability based on the customer’s event date.
  • Attire selection depends on current stock (sedia ada).
  • Sizes and designs cannot be guaranteed until fitting and confirmation.
  • Standard alterations are included unless stated otherwise.
  • Major alterations, custom requests, or urgent changes may incur additional charges.

5. Fittings & Alterations

  • Customers are responsible for attending fitting sessions at the agreed time.
  • Delays in fittings may affect alteration timelines.
  • Final fitting confirmation signifies acceptance of the attire condition and fit.

6. Custom-Made Attire

  • Custom-made attire pricing starts from the stated amount and may increase based on design, fabric, and complexity.
  • Once production has started, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Changes requested after production begins may incur additional charges.

7. Decoration Services

  • Decoration designs, sizes, and layouts are subject to venue conditions and feasibility.
  • Final decoration setup may vary slightly from sample images due to space, lighting, or layout constraints.
  • Decoration services outside Grand Hall Dokoh Ratna are subject to transportation fees depending on location.

8. Grand Hall Dokoh Ratna (Venue & Events)

  • Grand Hall Dokoh Ratna is available for weddings and non-wedding events, subject to availability.
  • Hall usage duration follows the agreed booking hours.
  • Any extension of time may incur additional charges.
  • Customers are responsible for the behavior of guests and any damages caused during the event.

9. Cancellations & Changes

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and management approval.
  • Any changes made close to the event date may incur additional charges.

10. Damages & Loss

  • Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to rented attire, décor items, or venue property.
  • Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

11. Force Majeure

  • Dokoh Ratna shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

12. Final Notes

  • Dokoh Ratna reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion in good faith.
