- Event type (Majlis Perkahwinan, Majlis Pertunangan, Akad Nikah, Bersanding / Pelamin, Majlis Resepsi, etc.)

- Services you’re interested in (Wedding Hall, Gown & Suits, Decorations, or a complete package)

4. Visit Us for Viewing or Fitting

5. Receive Your Quotation & Confirm
After you’ve decided, we’ll prepare a clear quotation covering:
- Selected services
- Event date

6. Secure Your Booking
To secure your date and selected items:
- A deposit payment is required
- Booking terms will be shared for confirmation
After payment, your booking will be officially confirmed.
7. Fitting & Final Adjustments (For Gown & Suits)
We’ll arrange fitting session(s) to:
- Take measurements
- Make necessary alterations
- Finalize your gown and/or suit
Please note: After the final fitting session, the rental period usually begins immediately.
8. Pre-Event Confirmation
Before your event, we’ll:
- Reconfirm final details
- Send reminders
- Assist with any last-minute requests
9. Your Event Day
On the big day:
- The wedding hall will be fully prepared and ready
- Your gown and suit will be ready for use
